Dear ProFresh User,
Every month we get inquiries from users, and people who have just heard about ProFresh, asking questions about the product and the company. Here are the answers to a few of those questions and the latest news about some new developments at ProFresh.
How effective is ProFresh? We have conducted several clinical studies and the results indicate that ProFresh is 99.3% effective when used as directed. These studies are backed up by reports from dental practitioners who report similar rates of success. Our mailbag usually has a couple of new stories from people who have tried every other remedy, without success. We are glad to hear that ProFresh is solving a very important problem.
An improved web site. We have had a web site for quite some time but now we are pleased to announce our entry into the world of web communication. The address is www.profresh.com and it is a secure Internet site, allowing you to find out more about the product or get answers to questions with complete confidentiality. You can now order all ProFresh supplies using the expanded order form.
At last a toothpaste! Every month we receive letters and phone calls from ProFresh users asking if there is a ProFresh Toothpaste. Well, the wait is almost over. We haven't ignored all those requests, in fact we have developed a new toothpaste formula that compliments and enhances the action of the chlorine dioxide in the ProFresh rinse. This new toothpaste will be available in early Spring 2000.
Nothing in the world is FREE! Except our new tongue cleaner. The new design provides even greater tongue cleaning capacity, to get rid of those pesky bacteria that cause the bad odors. We will start sending a free tongue cleaner to all new and existing ProFresh users early in the new year.
News from Dr. Richter. I just returned from the 1999 International Society of Breath Odor Researcher Conference at UCLA in Los Angeles. Over 250 scientists, physicians and dentists met for two days to present scientific papers and discuss issues related to breath odor. Among the more interesting papers was one by Edward Lynch, BDS,Ph.D. from the University of London, in which he demonstrated that chlorine dioxide not only neutralizes bad breath odors directly, but also deactivates the enzyme system that bacteria use to produce bad breath gasses. ProFresh is the only oral care product that contains chlorine dioxide.
A very large favor. Recently you may have noticed articles in the media about our Bad Breath hotline. Most people can't tell if they have bad breath and almost nobody wants the job of telling a close friend or relative that they have a problem. We started the bad breath hotline as a convenient way for someone to have information "on solving bad breath problems" sent anonymously to a friend. Now you can do a friend or relative who suffers from bad breath a very large favor. You know how effective ProFresh is in solving bad breath problems: through our new Bad Breath hot-line you can now let your friend or relative know how to solve their problem, forever. The number is 888 373-0911, or tell us via our home page; there is no charge for this service.
